We ship to virtually any address in the United States. Our carrier is the United States Postal Service and we provide FREE USPS Priority Shipping on all orders.
Currently we do not ship outside of the United States.

Once your order has been successfully processed, we ship your order the same day if the order has been processed before the USPS daily cut-off time. If you miss the cut-off time for the day, we will ship your order the next day (excluding Sundays). USPS Priority shipping usually takes between 2-5 days for destinations within the 48 continental states.

We provide a generous 30 day return policy on all of our Jewelry. All Jewelry must be returned in new, unworn condition, and will undergo quality checks. You must also include the retail packaging. Jewelry that has been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. Jewelry items/orders with a value of $70.00 or more must be returned using a trackable USPS shipping method. Items/Orders valued more than $250.00 must also be insured (customer pays for return shipping and all associated costs including insurance).

For your added security, Van Elly requires complete address verification and CVV2 (the 3-4 digit Card Security Code located on the back of all VISA / MASTERCARDS) verification on all credit card transactions.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (i.e. billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information.
